    Pros

    Great people, generous benefits, and very supportive organization. Lots of long tenure employees which is a sign of a good company. Lots of opportunities across the country.

    Good benefits, Very Solid Company, Employees are respected and understood as as "employees are what make this business happen"

    Cons

    Limited income potential, probably mostly due to their satellite management rather than the Company.

    Advice to Management

    Not company directors but Satellite GM. Your employees our your most valuable asset and they make everything easier for you.

    Relaxed Environment, Wonderful Management, Great for Gaining Experience

    Cons

    Tiny Raises (like pennies), no bonuses, terrible insurance.

    Advice to Management

    To Upper Management: You'll retain greater talent if you don't screw them over on the health insurance. Bring the great plans back from a couple of years ago.

    They have very nice offices.

    Cons

    This company losses money every year. The pay is low, no merit pay raises for 2017 only token 1.5%. No promotion from within. Short staffed. Supervisors always "in a meeting".

    Great company with young progressive management. Well informed about internal job postings.

    Cons

    Pay wasn't great. Rotating schedule ment working until 9pm 2-3 days a week.
