I worked at Health Management Associates full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Salary and bonuses were very generous. My position was loosely supervised and I was given goals and the freedom to reach those goals through constructive program building.

    Cons

Company was sold to CHS. Very different structure and goals there. I am with CHS now, they gave me a good position in the company.

    Advice to Management

None. Management did what was good for the stockholders, that's their job. I enjoyed my time with HMA and wish they could have continued on.
