Also able to write macros to enable upper management to see data in real time all the up to the vice Presidents

I have been working at Health Net (More than 10 years)

    Pros

People by far. Great place to work, be recognized, and be promoted if you deserve it. They also offer good salaries.

    Cons

Outsourcing IT and Customer service can be challenging when you need to have something done quickly. There can also be language and training barriers with those departments.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be more management training on how to let people go. I often see employees that aren't cutting it, and doing only a fraction of what the person sitting next to them does, but after 5/10 years they are still there.

I worked in the mental health & substance abuse department and at times it was very challenging speaking with people who were going through many difficult times in life but rewarding because I got to help them.

    Advice to Management

To keep a professional relationship with all employees and never bring personal issues to work.
