    I worked at Health Plan of San Joaquin full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    The best thing is team work. All department work as a team to make the company be the way it is. As a team we made the company successful.

    Cons

    Unfair management that likes to bully there employees and if they are not satisfied they will just fire you even if you've been there for years

    Advice to Management

    To be fair and keep there employees happy since people that been there for years quit do to unfairness

    Why lie on an employee so you don't have to pay out uemployment insurance. Just an awful experience.
