    Pros

Health insurance is the only good thing here. That's the only positive thing!

    Cons

Management lies and doesn't communicate with employees. Pay scale is a joke.

    Advice to Management

Hire qualified management! Management covers up each other's incompetence and blames the employees.

I worked at Health Quest full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Culture is great and work life balance is incredible

    Cons

Not really any...As in all health care you work beside people that have been there for 20+ year and are bitter and feel entitled. This exists everywhere, for the most part everyone is great

    Advice to Management

Keep working on this path and the culture will form as needed. I enjoyed my employment with the company.

I have been working at Health Quest part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Co-workers are friendly and cafeteria has pizza.

    Cons

Management lies, uses people, is deceitful and discriminatory. Hard work goes unrecognized and advancement is a pipe-dream.

Human Resources is a joke. There only there to protect the antics of upper management and protect them when they lie and backstab.

    Advice to Management

Stop being vile snakes! Be human. Nurture and listen to your staff.

I have been working at Health Quest full-time

    Pros

Dynamic, evolving organization in Health Care with great employees.

    Cons

Aggressive deadlines, pressure to succeed and achieve deadlines means salaried employees are expected to put in overtime as needed without acknowledgement.

    Advice to Management

Consider human resource allocation as projects are developed. Many times the same human resources are assigned to multiple projects and do not have enough time to complete their core job responsibilities.

I worked at Health Quest full-time

    Pros

There are still some good people hidden amidst the evil that has taken over.

    Cons

Never understood the need for unions until I saw what this leadership team is all about.
Employee engagement shows misery among the ranks yet no real efforts put in to address issues.
Managing through fear and intimidation is no way to run an organization.

    Advice to Management

To the Board of Directors - when will you stop hiding and look at what has happened to HQ and it's affiliates. Money isn't everything - or shouldn't be,, especially in healthcare.

I worked at Health Quest full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

If your a patient you will receive great care. The staff that don't quit after two months are truly invested in the care of their patients.

    Cons

Employees are over worked and under appreciated. Management lacks in overall organizational behavior skills. Employees are treated unfairly. There is an overall lack of communication. Employee engage surveys are rigged, and the solutions put in place to enhance employee moral are insulting. Administration is only concerned about the all mighty dollar. The Human Resources department is a joke and the new CHRO they brought in needs a lesson in overall people skills and respect of others. Basically, unless you are willing to sell your soul, lower your moral and ethical standards and become a robot then this is the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Practice what you preach. Listen to your employees. Be proactive and less reactive. Invest your time and attention to those who are overstressed, overwhelmed and overworked. Employees in ALL departments should feel they have a safe haven to go to and not have to resort to the department of labor rather than their poor excuse of an HR department.

    Pros

Benefits are affordable and they include dental and eye coverage. Paid time off accumulates quickly. Clean and safe work environment.

    Cons

Salaries are below average. Company hires from outside rather than promoting qualified employees from within the organization. Heavy work load.

    Advice to Management

    Promote dedicated, high performers

I have been working at Health Quest full-time

    Pros

Advanced technology for Healthcare. Growing organization.

    Cons

IT is personality driven, performance ratings are subjective as there are no goals nor job performance standards. Planning is non-existent resulting in a chaotic and high stress environment. IT could be considered a hostile work environment as senior management is known to rage at staff with profane language, throw things in fits of anger and expects people to consistently work 50+ hours a week. Most departments are OK, stay away from IT.

    Advice to Management

IT Leadership needs basic management training and a personality adjustment to deal with his rage issues His own direct reports, some of whom have known him for 10+ years will talk about what a bad manager he is. Senior Management rating is for IT only.
