Pros
Its more laid back than any many other jobs and people are friendly
Cons
Nothing i was promised as far as raises was given. The hours were terrible and employees are treated very bad. Everyone plays the blame game and the people on the bottom of the chain seem to always receive all the negetivity.

Because it is a company poorly run you can as a manager almost never have to have contact with senior staff which means you can pretty much run your dept as you see fit
Cons
Terrible greedy dishonest place to work. You will feel grimy and dirty after dealing with this company. They are for the most part only interested in money-the service is not worth what they charge nor is it what they promise. Advice to possible clients-run the other way..5 day laborers in a lowe's parking lot would serve you better.
