I have been working at HealthRIGHT 360 full-time

    Pros

work environment is filled with diversity, management is easy to talk to in regards to concerns. As an intern I felt like I was getting the support I needed from the staff and management. After my internship I was able to obtain a job as a care coordinator working with adolescents.

    Cons

Coming into the field of substance over use as an intern there were times where I felt lost because it does get busy and it can become fast pace.

With a focus on helping individuals to become the best possible, through the use of evidence based practices. Once a client, I am now a grateful employee for the opportunity to give back.

    Cons

At times , when busy, team support can be challenging.

    Advice to Management

Provide more than once a year team building/bonding activities.

I worked at HealthRIGHT 360 full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

working with Clients, benefit package for single employees

    Cons

Low pay, heavy workload, the documentation standard is not realistic with the amount of staff. High employee turnover. Chronic under staffing issues

    Advice to Management

High Management take a pay cut and pay front line staff more. Growing too fast, not thought-out very well. Treat front line staff with more respect.

    I worked at HealthRIGHT 360 full-time

    Pros

    Friendly staff, good training ground

    Cons

There's historically a high turn over rate, ( an entire department of staff would leave every couple of years, based on observation). Senior managment lacks clinical competency and trust for staff. Clinical staff lack of options for career development. The way they run it, this place has become a "laundry machine that never wash clean" - it keeps on turning the numbers, but clients don't get true healing, and helping professionals don't get proper support so they get burnt out. Good people leave or else they loose their passion.

I worked at HealthRIGHT 360 part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This review is specifically for AARS. I worked at AARS part-time and had a great experience overall.
    Pros:
    -Enjoyable atmosphere
-Positive community, positive relationships amongst co-workers
    -Supportive managers and clinical supervisors

    Cons

-Adult Services had a steady stream of clients, but Youth Services numbers were not as steady.
-Infrastructure needs remodeling. Not much space especially in Adult Services.

I worked at HealthRIGHT 360 full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I worked with senior management for more than 4 years and I truly believe that they care about the clients they serve. I have never met a more dedicated or intelligent group of leaders. The IT department, in particular, is working to build a strong team and doing so by fostering trust and communication among senior leaders to model for everyone in the department. They continue these practices in the face of mergers and the constant change associated with non-profit environments.

    Cons

It is a large agency and, inevitably, some individuals will have had negative experiences. I have no doubt that there are some under-staffed programs or over-worked clinicians. I also know that they care and work incredibly hard every day to provide the most they can to those they serve, so I try to view those situations in context.

    Advice to Management

The rapid growth makes the current focus on quality improvement even more important.
