I have been working at HealthSmart full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Scheduled work from home day once a week and every other Friday. Gym available on site and free to use during lunch break, before or after work. On site clinic available, free if you have company insurance, $40 if you don't. My department is pretty flexible with working around kids schedule or from home if kid sick.

    Cons

Nothing negative to say about this company other than it would be nice to have 401k match.

I worked at HealthSmart full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Work from home opportunity MAYBE.

    Cons

Months on months of mandatory OT. Micromanaging, Mgmnt thows you under the bus, Very poor pay with little if any raises.

    Advice to Management

The moral in the company is down! You either want quantity or quality, your asking for too much with the staff you have. Stop setting these high expectations for these clients and then putting the pressure on you staff to meet a demand you cant produce yourself!. We are human!! Yall almost want damn near perfection on stats!! Thats CRAZY! You cant literally work the hell out of your employees with months on months of OT and expect them to be damn near perfect on Stats, Thats Idiocy!!

    I worked at HealthSmart full-time

    Pros

Some positions have potential to work at home

    Cons

Extremely disorganized, poor training and treatment, excessive unpaid overtime for some salary employees

    Advice to Management

Treat members with respect and appreciation, especially given excessive unpaid overtime. Make workload more realistic and improve training. Supervisors should be knowledgeable about the department under them, but often are not!
