    I worked at Healthcare Services Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great management and culture of continuous quality improvement. I had multiple raises within first year, for taking on more responsibilities. Everyone in the district were top-notch individuals.

    Cons

    On management level, it is hard work. You have to be on top of your game when it comes to your people and communication skills, to coordinate, line employees, clients, and company management, to achieve set goals.

    Atmosphere, challenging, lots of opportunity for growth.
    Pay.

    Cons

    Overtime is very limited, which is very much needed at times to get the job done.

    Advice to Management

    Provide more hours to get the job done effectively or give out more overtime.

    none i can think of except it helps pay the bills

    Cons

    Expect too much from employees with the wages they make, no incentives for any employees, expect an 8 to 10 hour job to be done within 6 to 7. But does not want to pay over time or

    Advice to Management

    Get on Par level with other company's pay your employees what they are worth. If you want the job to be done right then pay them for it,

    Pros

    Make your own schedule. They have a training program so if you don't have experience it doesn't matter. They provide great work experience and have opportunities to grow.

    Cons

    Pay is low, benefits are horrible, you are always on call/working.

    Show appreciation to your managers, they work hard

    Pros

    Nice uniforms and Kelly was a great Regional Recruiting Manager. They work together as a strong team when need be.

    Cons

    Omg. Unorganized, lack of funding available, poor work morale from alot of workers, VERY difficult to fire employee, EVEN WHEN there is substaintual evidence that states otherwise.

    Learn to care.

    Pros

    Managers willing to work with your schedule, it's a job and you get paid.

    Cons

    Management expects way too much for employees when they only pay minimum wage. Overworked employees quit fast and turnover is extremely high. Management expects perfection and extreme attention to detail for $7 per hour. Employees are lazy and tend to cut corners due to low pay. Don't expect a raise, it won't happen. No room for growth. Company is extremely cheap and expects stock to last twice as long as it should.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees better, listen to what they have to say. Pay better as well, because you're on the low end of the pay scale for this industry.

    Flexible scheduling
    Give you lots of responsibility
    You own your job-whether you do well or poorly
    Great title
    Wonderful job if you are comfortable with your facility and their staff

    Cons

    Empty promises
    Too much work for the pay
    Micromanaged by superiors
    Very sexist- they feel it is a 'mans job'
