    I have been working at Healthcare Staffing part-time

    Pros

    The individualsame you take care of are for the most part appreciative. When you're done with all your work, you can relax until your shift is over.

    Cons

    No benefits at all unless part-time. If nobody shows up to relieve you from your shift, you are stuck until supervisor finds someone. The lack of communication and support from the chain of command is apparent .

    Advice to Management

    Start making sure you make provisions in advance in case of emregencies. Give some sort of incentive, raise or benefits in order to keep staff coming and staying with the company.

    Pros

    The benefits and bonuses are good if you qualify. There is potential for promotions if management is not intimidated by you.

    Cons

    If you complain about management, there is retaliation! Some employees in the corporate office are openly racist. When a problem arises in a department, management will blame a lesser employee as the fall guy. Management consists of very lazy and unqualified staff.

    Advice to Management

    Look at the large scope of things and not be so narrow minded. The downfall of the company will be from within because you fail to see truth rather the false loyalties of the directors and managers that you think you may know. Just keep watching and you will see.

    Pros

    Benefits and insurance. That's about it. If you're looking for just a paycheck, go no further. If you're looking for a company that is interested in your welfare, advancement, safety, or home life - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN HERE.

    Cons

    Long, overly-detailed, almost impossible application process, personality test, math tests, etc.

    Advice to Management

    Your process of hiring is not only filtering out the employees you don't want to hire, it is also turning away good prospects by showing lack of connection to the employee. Computers and tests don't determine a person's ability to correctly perform a job.

    There are no Pros working for this company.

    Cons

    Weak Leadership from the CEO. No clearly defined roles. Hostile work environment from the hourly employees. Long term employees are protected even as their work is unacceptable.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to trust your loyal honest employees. Do not allow yourself to be fooled by false statements. Work on supporting your managers. Define each role.
