They have good intentions but a long way to go

      Pros

Decent work from home arrangements (pre-covid), very community focused, competitive pay

      Cons

Leadership talk big on diversity and being a modern company, but they miss the mark each time. CEO put out a tone deaf company message regarding Black Lives Matter and then the company tried to clean it up with weekly forums on social injustice. They claim to care out our wellbeing during the pandemic but refuse to entertain company wide remote work. It’s also more important to be well liked than to work hard.

      Work Mob Mentatlity brings Anxiety

      Pros

Great benefits opportunity to work from home

      Cons

Giving a suggestion or an opinion can ruin your credibility as an employee when ideas are only given to make circumstances better discrimination in pay favoritism amongst leadership leadership particularly in the Lake Mary office can sometimes become distant from the actual employees that are working when a circumstance arises they only listen to what the TL or senior has to say instead of looking at the previous work that has been produced Google has become a constant training use for some analyst instead of textbook knowledge or online courses that are free the people that are promoted are the ones that makeup and insinuate falsification to generate a character for themselves while hurting others around them and discrediting that credibility by gossiping two managers and other people in charge God forbid if you decide to talk to HR about the anxiety that has then bestowed upon you due to 2 to generalize gossip people who aren't managers are allowed to give reviews on employees God forbid that person does not like you because they will then make up incorrect accusations concerning your work and character as an employee senior business analyst and TL never truly gather or track the amount of metric that has been done and when this is been brought to their attention micromanagement is the number one factor because insinuations had no facts 2 presents 2 the table

      IT leadership cannot lead

      Pros

PTO, benefits, can work from home sometimes, some really hard workers

      Cons

IT leadership was completely replaced by people that the are buddies with Sr leadership who are far from competent. Some have zero experience in the industry but pretend to know everything. Dishonesty runs rampant as the norm, not the exception. The only goal is to "prove" how good they regardless of reality. Metrics are scewed to make everything look good. After all, sr leaders would not ever want to hear the truth about the crappy products and terrible service they provide to the business. When they dont know how to do something the answer is to purchase another tool that will solve the problems but because of the lack of knowledge the tools are not implemented and used successfully. They are good at making pretty Powerpoints that prove how great things are but there is nothing behind those pretty slides. It's all smoke and mirrors. The honest employees don't stand a chance because nobody wants to hear the truth so they are forced to live with the acopolpse that has occurred and since they are loyal, work their tails off to try to keep the place from sinking. Not to mention the extensive outsourcing to contractors who know nothing about the business and it takes 3x more of them to do the work and the end product is subpar. If your skin is a certain color do not worry, you are safe! The place is like a Jenga game with one of the final pieces being pulled out to crumble the empire.
