I worked at Healthkart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I personally learnt a lot from this place ( as even bad experience gives you a lesson for lifetime )
Able to save all my privilege leaves ( due to the leave policy as mentioned below)
Any person can become Manager , Team Lead , Vice President if you know the game

    Cons

Two separate work environments and standards for management and employees.
Employees not appreciated for individual work but managers take credit
Work Place is influenced by nepotism
Employees made to work 9 hours for 6 days (Saturdays included , which is "Against Labor Rules India ") while management enjoys Saturdays off.
Leave policy is disgusting . You need to discuss in detail the reason of your leave in detail ( Including day off in periods , family member getting sick , going for own matrimonial alliance and personal info related to that ) and still the management decides mostly not to give leaves .
Human Resource Department useless and non functional , driven by personal relations by management
When it comes to cost cutting they don't fire employees , management starts to torture its employees , making them depressed , hate life and leave the company by themselves.

    Advice to Management

Above mentioned are not grudges , these are hard core realities from the inside of a company
