I worked at Healthstat full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very little positive within the organization. IThe company must focus on markets where competitors do not provide services and clients lack choice. Very few employees consider Healthstat a positive experience

    Cons

Management talks negatively about one another. Clients are leaving the company at an alarming rate and it's rumored to have a financial strain on the company.

    Advice to Management

Replace many of the disgruntled managers who continue to cause internal issues. Many are under qualified for the roles their roles.

I have been working at Healthstat full-time

    Pros

After reading Glassdoor reviews, I had my doubts when I came for an interview with Healthstat. But, my experience with this company was completely contrary. If you have substance to prove yourself, sky is the limit in this company. It does not follow the conventional bureaucratic corporate hierarchy if you are prove your worth. According to me the pros of this company are
    - Great work culture : they promote health and wellbeing of employees. They encourage you to take breaks, take walks, we having walking meetings, they offer counselling to manage stress, diabetes, weight free of cost.
    - People : friendly, helpful
CEO - Crockett Dale is fun to be with. He is nothing like any CEO you might have ever met. He truly makes efforts for his employees and promote the culture of finding fulfillment in your work. Our CEO and his wife ( Liza Dale) will get handpicked fresh fruits for us every week. He is very approachable and open about new ideas and innovation
Growth - As I said earlier, if you prove yourself out here there is nothing that can stop you. The company acknowledges good talent and do not hesitate in promoting them and aid them in their growth.

    Cons

Some people takes undue advantage of the benefits that company offers.

    Advice to Management

Hire people after an aggressive skill and background check.

I have been working at Healthstat (More than a year)

    Pros

Better pay than most in the area, independent working, benefits aren't too bad, nice staff, good PTO and easy to take off

    Cons

Company seems to have grown too big too fast, very poor communication, takes forever to get back to you if ever, untrained upper management, that have to learn as they go, the entire company just doesn't seem to be managed well

    Advice to Management

Take a step back and actually train your liaisons and clinic managers, and make sure they are answering emails in a timely manner, don't expand, improve

I have been working at Healthstat (More than a year)

    Pros

Great pay, easy to request time off

    Cons

Company doesn't fight for employees, no raises, everything is based out of North Carolina, so if you don't live in NC you're screwed. Most questions go unanswered, unorganized company, high turnover rate

    Advice to Management

We get that you have to please your clients, but you should still try and fight for your employees, bc soon you won't have any employees to work for you. Be strong and stick to your guns as an organization instead of being ran over by your clients. Give yearly raises, who do you think is going to work for you long term and never get a raise?

Exciting to see all the advancements and investments in the operational infrastructure to keep up with growth. Never boring because of fast pace. It is fun working so closely with clinicians.

    Cons

Travel can be tough but understandable since Healthstat is a national company. Priorities can shift frequently to meet needs of clients.
