I worked at Heartland Payment Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I developed long term working/personal relationships with many great professionals and business owners.

    Cons

As I read the latest reviews of Heartlnd I feel soooo fortunate to have left Heart land at the very moment the Global bought them. I felt then and I now know that nothing good would be coming from that transaction where employees are concerned. The negative reviews here are " spot on", accurately describing the dismal working culture that has only gotten worse since the buy-out.

    Advice to Management

Some of the Senior Vice Presidents ne d to stand up and explain to the out of touch top management that this is a train wreck. Look at how many good people you have lost. Eventually you will run out of poor unsuspecting individuals who have no idea what getting themselves in to. Quit "selling out" for your personal gain at the expens of all others! Do the right thing!
