I have been working at Heery full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Fantastic place to work. The people, projects, and clients make this a fun place to come to every day. The pay is above average and there are good opportunities for advancement. I am glad I am here.

    Cons

Benefits could be better. They aren't terrible, but not as great as everything else is. Technology could be better as well. Seems like some of our systems are 10 years old.

    Advice to Management

Keep the great projects coming in, and don't let the hot employment market be a reason to hire sub par people. Keep your standards high.
