I have been working at Heidrick & Struggles as an intern

    Pros

I really enjoyed the tight-knit nature of the office culture and the variety of executive search engagements I was able to work on as an intern.

    Cons

The projects were often too qualitative in nature and provided no avenues for analytical analysis.

    Pros

Interesting senior level assignments to work on in various industries; team-oriented environment; they say they will promote to consultant level from within.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

More communication to employees within the organization; develop better technology/database/systems (listen to the employees who use the database to determine what they actually need).
