I have been working at Hella full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good opportunity for growth
    Plenty of training available

    Friendly and helpful colleagues
You can excel based on your own effort and creativity. Generally not limited by arbitrary policy or manager restrictions.
Will soon be moving to new modern facility being built nearby.

    Cons

Some processes are confusing and/or inconsistent across teams.
Oversight by German HQ somewhat limits local ability to improve processes.
Hiring is done to meet only the predicted workload, sometimes leading to issues related to understaffing when more than expected effort is needed.

    Advice to Management

Allow more local autonomy in designing processes.
Continue to upgrade old custom developed business and development applications, to new modern technologies.
Plan for heavier resourcing early in projects, rather than after problems begin to develop.
