    Pros

    Decent salary, flexible work environment

    Cons

The CEO is trying to look like the next Steve jobs in the media and he spends all of his time thinking about his external image, but the company has a terrible culture. The CEO breaks down almost every week, screaming at employees.

    Pros

Work on a product that everyone is passionate about. Everyone takes each function it performs with the utmost seriousness and care. From hardware to firmware to software to design, I see it all and get to interact with all parts of the process. CEO and CTO are in everyday, all day, working to see this company succeed.

    Cons

Lunch occasionally sucks. It could be worse.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up

I worked at Hello full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Just like other startups, flexible working environment, salary can keep up to market pace.

    Cons

Terrible push-over culture, absolutely no management and planing, and the top guys in this company still think they are the smartest & most knowledgeable in the planet. The top level people in the company is incapable to glue and run a diversify engineering team, the planning and execution thus falls into a misery. When problem occurs, they off load the blame to engineers, so you see people work extraordinary "hard" or disappeared. And eventually, you will find this company is run from a top down manner and the "top" part will never be wrong.
