    Company been around a long time.

    This company doesn't care about the family's of their workers. Worked for them for 3 yrs. Step son worked for them 10 yrs.

    Try to take better care of your employees an there families.

    Advice to Management

    Too much politics. Also, The Peter Principle is in full force. Some people shouldn't be managers if they don't have people skills and have no understanding of basic human psychology.

    Work schedule and added benefits were great. Would pay for travel etc.

    Cons

    Managment sometimes wouldnt be on the same page. Operatoins were different from area to area. Office politics plays a role.

    Better communication between operations

    Favoritism. Low pay compared to other companies.

    Be consistent district to district. Take care of the employees that take care of you. They are on the front lines representing H&P.
