    Pros

    Free health insurance, employee price for vehicle purchase,
    Large company which leads to easier re-location

    Cons

    Extremely disorganized, lack of follow through, business poorly managed.

    Advice to Management

    Realize sales team importance and stop treating them as if they were the least important part of the whole.

    I have been working at Hendrick Cary Automall full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    There are luncheons every month where lots of free/bonus cash is given out, they have monthly birthday lunches away from the automall, if you meet your monthly goals they assist in paying your car payment.

    Cons

    Long hours, no work/life balance, majority of the managers are rude and have ridiculously big egos, a lot of underhanded things going on, SUPER political

    Advice to Management

    Don't be rude to employees, especially since that is negates the first line of the mission statement; help employees reach their targets instead of being a grouch and killing the team morale.

    Pros

    there are not a whole of pros that can be written. Mr. Hendrick is nice enough. Fun to drive around in big fancy cars. You learn how to run out in front of other people. Learn how to stop cars in the driveway to knock on the window to sell a car.

    Cons

    you have to purchase 2 shirts at $60 a pop. if you are not one of the ones that will trip, pull down, kick or tackle another "team member" you will not sell.

    Advice to Management

    take the cussing, yelling and name calling.....of the employees and about the customers out of what is supposed to be a professional environment.
