    Doesn't Recommend

The caliber of co-worker you'll meet at Hendricks & Partners is above average, and the company is always flexible for time off.

This economic downturn has badly hit Hendricks & Partners and this employer is slow at enforcing necessary business changes to help recover.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to take the lead in enforcing changes and ensuring new initiatives are exercised quickly and without interference from outside of senior management.

  2. Its all about the "advisors"

Decent way to learn about apartments. You get to look at a lot of deals. Maybe working at corporate headquarters in Phoenix is tolerable.

Working for the brokers (or "advisors" as they refer to themselves) is an ordeal. Most are demanding and cheap. Hostile work environment. There is little oversight from corporate.

    Advice to Management

Does it really matter? They only listen to the advisors.
