    Pros

    Good pay for the area.
    Free on-site clinic.
    Work is not hard.
    Keeps you fit.
    Merit increases.

    Cons

    It will be very tough if you're in poor shape.
    No chance to advance.
    Work is extremely tedious.

    Advice to Management

    Cultivate your best and brightest employees.
    There is talent in your workforce, but you're not looking for it.
    Don't close off brain-required jobs to operators.

    Pros

    The money of course, ability to rotate shifts every 6 months.

    Cons

    Safety first, but if you can cut corners & pull it off we'll turn a blind eye.

    Advice to Management

    Reintroduce more recreational functions for the employees & families.

    Pros

    Stable company with broad portfolio. Well structured and decent benefits.

    Cons

    Toxic work environment. Less pay and vacation. The sales driven company and not open for new ideas. Higher management is deaf and does not support employee even for the right reason. No opportunities for moving vertical. The higher management is toxic and can make your life miserable for no reason.

    Pros

    Flexible hours, relaxed work environment, pay for further education. It is a good place to start out as they give opportunities to learn and advance.

    Cons

    Pay was not the greatest. Some of the management just did not seem as prepared as some in other companies.

    Not honest, Poor training, too much time spent behind a desk, not enough time with customers.

    Decent hours, allowed to smoke pot in the parking lot on every break

    Cons

    Was assaulted at work after a disagreement, person who assaulted me walked away and then came running back ready to hit me again, I pulled out the box cutter and told them to leave me alone, we both get fired, me for making "A threat"
