From upper management down you can enjoy coming into work knowing you have the support behind you by great people. Henley is a company that recognizes and celebrates achievement and continues to develop top notch employees. It's a nice feeling knowing you can go as far in a company starting off from the bottom as long as you put in the effort and they'll be behind you 100% supporting you. The leadership and teams that Henley has created is through relentless training offered on a daily basis that includes everything from in store training to speacial training and classes that they provide. They offer great benefits and 401K matching. To put it simple if you want to look forward to coming into work each day and always progress Henley is where it is at.

Cons

In my almost 6 years with the company there has been nothing but ups with Henley. They continue to grow as a company and that provides more oppurtunity which has not stopped progressing since my start. Can't say there are any cons with desire like that.

Anybody coming in to this company has the opportunity to advance. I've worked both in operations and support, experienced it myself and seen it happen for others. All you have to do is raise your hand and do the work. The company continues to grow and provide new opportunities for employees that want to take advantage of them.

Cons

Be careful what you wish for. If you don't have the stomach for hard work and continuous learning to keep up with the demands of your job and a growing company, you will be miserable as you move up.

I have worked for the company for over 7 years and I must say that this is the best company that I have ever worked for. They truly care about their employees as well as their customers. This company has grown from 64 locations to over 200 in the past 7 years. What that means is opportunity for people. Not only have I grown with the company, I have watched and taken part in many others growing. There are great carrier opportunities with this company to grow and learn. For a hungry and aggressive person, the sky truly is the limit.

Cons

There is no such thing as the perfect job in my opinion. If you do not enjoy the outdoors, this may not be the right job fit for you. We work inside but just barley.

Great company to work for! The company is family orientated and has great vision and values. I say that most employees really enjoy working for Henley. Everyone is friendly and works hard to reach a goal as a company.

The distance to the work location can be a hassle due to the traffic on the freeways.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change and Henley Enterprises is a fantastic place to work. They provided me with not only a great place to work but a career. I started as a technician and they provided me with the training and opportunities to manage a service center. I went on to manage multiple service centers. This has been the most rewarding job that I have ever worked at. We have great ownership and leaders that are excited about growing the company!

The bay doors open all the time it is like working outdoors. Its hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

This company provides you with the training you need to excel to a higher level. They won't keep you in one spot. As long as you execute with the tools they give you and are driven, you will find nothing but success for yourself here. You also have an open door with superiors. I don't think there are many companies where you will find the president/owner coming to your store and making an effort to talk to you and develop a relationship with you even if you aren't a manager or area manager. It seems that their employees and customers are their first priority over everything which is rare to find!!

The training can seem to be overwhelming but at the end of the day I know it is so that I can be as confident and knowledgeable as possible.

There are not any. Ya it's hard work but what job isn't hard work.
