Can be great

Is a good opportunity for those who love cats, particularly younger people who want to move up. They give you the tools to advance if you put effort into it.
Cons
Lots of young hires and the on-site manager doesn't do the hiring. The result is high turnover and lots of lazy staff. Is almost exclusively outdoors, and can get pretty hot.

Pros
Good pay for entry level positions with a quick path to promotion to Senior Tech, most beneficial for those with a solid work ethic and hunger for growth/knowledge
Cons
high turnover, promotion past senior tech can be hit or miss depending on your specific management
Thank you for the feedback. We strive to offer a very competitive compensation and benefits package along with advancement opportunity. We would encourage you to contact HR regarding specific management.

Store managers themselves aren't usually the greatest but are given leeway because they make the company money, which leads to poor morale in the store and high turnover. They don't pay enough so the quality of employee tends to be low and they are more concerned on people that make them money instead of outstanding customer service.
