    very bad place to work. lot of favoritism, nepotism and unethical practices among the management. racial differentiation is clearly seen. power abuse is the most common practice. incompetent staff.

    Great people to work with. Modern equipment. Good benefits. Competitive salary. Clean environment. Good patient care.

    Cons

    Nothing really bad to say. Always could use additional beds and additional help like most places. Really busy at times.

    Advice to Management

    Give out more compliments and additional recognition for doing a good job. Hire additional people as patient to worker feels stretched thin.
