I have been working at Henry Schein full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great Benefits, Well Maintained Buildings, Buildings seem secure and safe

    Cons

No professional development, HR department seems to lack knowledge of policies, No room for advancement or growth, upper management tends to promote themselves while forgetting the little guys, very hard to move to another department

    Advice to Management

Do not forget the youthful employees are the future of the company, need to develop more ways to grow within the company, don't forget the smaller positions that help run departments. I have seen plenty of young people come and leave within less than a year.

I worked at Henry Schein full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good earning potential, management is hands-off, flexible PTO for outside reps, lots of training.

    Cons

Very little advancement opportunity, lots of favoritism at the top, makes it very difficult to relocate if you wish to move a few years after you start your career; you would have to start over from scratch

    Advice to Management

Doing a great job. Maybe have some more advancement opportunities so people aren't FSCs their entire career.
