Pros
Learned a lot. Tons of education
Cons
Low pay. Not a lot of promotion within the company
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Wine education is wonderful and sales training is good. Henry Wine Group has a good portfolio of wine and spirits. However, they have lost a lot of annuity brands.
Cons
Management does not help employees advance their careers within the company. People move up within company by being very political. Promotions are not based on merit. HWG does not care about work life balance and do not let employees take time off during family emergencies. Pay is dramatically less and benefits are worse than other competitors.

Flexible work schedule, create your own hours, and act as your own boss.
Cons
Very low pay, rarely promote from within, and people who get hired are not always the best fit for the promotion but rather they are friends with the hiring manager.
