      Pros

      - Great people - projects build their own teams like a family - Great benefits - specially for S-Unit holders - with S-units, profit sharing plan, bonus & healthcare - it is difficult to think about leaving - Excited about new Executive Management & direction company is going - culture, projects, profits etc...everything is looking great!

      Cons

      - Work Life Balance - work usually includes long hours of working, and often long commute as you get higher up in the company. I would be nicer if people were placed on projects in areas they live - Paid Time Off - it caps at 20 days / year for everyone who has been with the company 10 years & more. A lot of competitors cap vacations at 6 weeks for the seasoned senior staff - this can be re-considered
