    Freedom to decorate my desk with personal flair. Always something fun happening around the office! Boss is super cool, IT department is top notch!

    IT's hard to get attention is you do not speak multiple languages. Once there was a bomb threat in the building. The IT department is a little cliq-ey

    Their are some great people and the opportunity to move up to team leader positions comes around quite frequently

    Cons

    The job advert was in no way descriptive of the job I actually do and did not mention the fact that a majority of the work would be outbound. The pay is ok but could be better considering the amount of responsibility you are given. There is absolutely no training, any “training” is done through E-Learning so you then are forced to go live with no actual understanding of how the systems work
