    Freedom to decorate my desk with personal flair. Always something fun happening around the office! Boss is super cool, IT department is top notch!

    Cons

    IT's hard to get attention is you do not speak multiple languages. Once there was a bomb threat in the building. The IT department is a little cliq-ey

    Civil service perks. Very big department with one of the highest salaries paid

    Cons

    No optiknfor paid overtime however option for flexi working so extra hours can be taken as leave at another time

    flexible working hours extra hours go towards flexible leave

    Cons

    not much scope for visible atm for progression, other than quiting and joining as a contractor, work progression happens through applying for higher level jobs however doesn't seem like there are many software developer jobs
