    I have been working at Herbalife full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The people here are INCREDIBLY nice and the focus on nutrition and fitness has been fantastic. I've lost 80 pounds since working here.

    Cons

    Because it's an international company, it can get a bit 24-7. Also, sometimes I feel like everything is a crisis.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure to distinguish between truly urgent and non-urgent tasks.

    Pay is competitive
    Benefits for full time employees are competitive
    Free protein shakes and healthy snacks

    Cons

    Management lacks consideration of employees and will expect you to work on your days off and sick days
    NO work life balance in various departments
    Company is consistently in legal issues, meaning there is a lack of job security
    Employee turnover rate is a major issue causing dysfunction

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees with the same respect your senior distributors receive.
    Listen to your employees recommendations and conduct proper exit interviews to find out why the employee's leave
    Stop trying to restructure the company by cutting costs
    Enforce the companies mission and values internally, your employees are your most valuable asset keep them healthy and happy

    Pros

    1.You can retire here and good for people with no aims and expecting a good salary.
    2.There are couple of excellent directors who has vision and if you are under them can hope for some challenging tasks which would empower

    Cons

    HR has more power than product managers which is not good.Due to this many lives got screwed, there should be some balance, HR guys play some blackmail games as well

    Advice to Management

    There is some micro management required and please keep a tab on HR bay

    The upper management guides you through every step and they make sure you really learn something in the time you are here.
    People are very friendly and gives a sense of family.
    No one turns you down when you ask for help.

    Cons

    You need to take initiative to grow.
    Tasks wont be handed to you unless you show interest
