I have been working at Herbalife full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Okay culture
    Good cafeteria food

    Cons

Projects are not stimulating, mentally-stifling, unclear processes created by very literal-minded folk, job expectations not clear because people that hired you don’t know what they need. Some bosses will keep you from growing even if you try. Unmotivating, uninspiring work, will numb out your intelligence and creativity especially when your boss is holding you back for fear of being dethroned.
Just keep moving, nothing to see here.

    Advice to Management

Hire intelligent people that can manage and help their employees grow. Provide clear job expectations so people know what they’re getting themselves into, be honest as your motto says! Get a clue.
