I have been working at Herbalife full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Occasional work from home.
    SOME really great people.

    Cons

Mngmt only concerned with how it makes them look & who can/will "take one" for them so they can look good.

    Advice to Management

Take your finger out of your nose. Get up off your knees & treat employees like talent. No one likes the sound of your voice like you do. Be responsible and quit laying blame on others.
Enough with the nonsensical busy work (MBO's=JOKE)!!!

I have been working at Herbalife full-time

    Pros

I like my team as people. Work life balance

    Cons

Lots. Organization issues, inefficient, it's ALL politics, extremely slow to change, and weak leadership. Work life balance is dependent on your chain of command. I got lucky. They have a ton of chiefs but severely lacking resources on the professional and staff level.

I worked at Herbalife part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

No quotas. No ceiling on earning potential. Good mentorship. Make lots of friends. You get out what you put in. The products work really well.

    Cons

Sometimes income is not stable in the beginning. Products aren't totally natural, but they work. You have to be willing to work hard sometimes without earning anything.. It's no 9-5. You get out what you put it, that can be a pro or con, depends what you put in.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your team like family.

I have been working at Herbalife full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is never a dull moment.
There is a lot of opportunities.
You are able to grow at the rate in which you choose.

    Cons

There can be a pretty steep learning curve and some people get discouraged before ever really giving it a shot.

    Advice to Management

Although this is not the typical business structure, would advise that you continue to look for ways to reward your employees in new ways.

I have been working at Herbalife full-time

    Pros

Very warm, supportive environment. People care about the company and try really hard to do what they think is the right thing for the company. Imagine a company where ethical behavior is consistently practiced and that is Herbalife. Servant leadership is practiced and expected. The products are amazing and employees are given great product perks. If you are into wellness and nutrition, it would be hard to imagine a better company to work for. Truly look forward to coming to work every day.

    Cons

Cost to employee of health benefits is higher than one would expect for the company's size. The company is quite behind from a technology standpoint, causing lots of wasted time and over time dissatisfaction within the HR dept.

    Advice to Management

Please continue to fiercely protect the culture as you have. Give employees the tools they need to do their best.
