    They treat people poorly.

    Advice to Management

Treat the store teams with as much care and dignity as the craftspeople who make the merchandise.

I have been working at Hermes part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's pretty flexible and can fit around other commitments. I can plan my deliveries to suit my timetable. My field manager is very friendly and supportive and the other couriers are encouraging and generous with advice for newbies. There are some fuel, insurance and other discounts available.

    Cons

It is what it is, which is a courier job. The pay isn't great and it can feel like drudgery at times. You don't get paid for time spent organizing your parcels into delivery order, although this takes about an hour to do. It's not for everyone.

    Pros

Nice being out and about but stuck in an office

    Cons

Absolutely no work life home life balance, if you prove to be good at the job you get lumbered with extra areas and pressure leading you to miss your bonus all the time, changing areas all the time, not that great pay for the pressures you get put under

    Advice to Management

Higher management need some people skills training, they just get promoted and crack on, no people training, too many chiefs shouting the odds, too bigger of an area, areas being changed regular so never get the benefits of the small bonus available, people daren't speak up until they leave as they just get shot back down, including by the CEO herself
