    You work like family and learn how to work with perfection.

    As compared to start-ups, scope of work is limited but you learn to do it with perfection.

    I didnt find anything good in this company, except salary part. that is ok.

    Cons

    office environment is not employee friendly, people are so much into politics

    Advice to Management

    don't encourage politics in the office, it can make some good employees leave your organization
