I have been working at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts part-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Family, Friendly , Team effort , benefits are great ,I worked there 10 years ago 200-2008 and 1996 -1997 , and came back even though I just retired I wanted to work a few days for health and medicare and now they say I am too slow

    Cons

Co-workers don't work with you but against you cause of my age of 64 compare to 20-30's they don't see value in others and don't respect the value of the them or the company and puts the company at risk , don't care to have customer service only thinking the value of themselves and money . They tell me I am too slow but I am working more because the younger 20-30's wants me to work their duties so they can go home early what up with that ??

    Advice to Management

Be attentive to all the co-workers and not the ones that go against me ,they should be reported cause of age discrimination

I worked at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You get lots and lots of hours to work and you get to work outside if you like that sort of thing. You also get free Hersheypark tickets every other paycheck if you work there.

    Cons

Won't listen to your scheduling requests. It gets really busy. Management won't help with your problems. Mostly teens work here, and no one really takes their job seriously.
