    Pros

The managers I worked with were great at working with the team and didn't play favorites. Everyone I worked with was nice

I worked at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Being a games clerk was great. I worked in the arcade and the job was pretty simple. You hand out prizes, do some light cleaning, hand out change, and help guests. Great place to work for a first job. You also get a 50 cent raise each year you return.

    Cons

The pay is the bare minimum. If you want a high paying job, don't work here.

I worked at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts part-time

    Pros

working for hershey entertainment and resorts allows for flexible hours and entry level jobs. it was a great summer job which works well for the schedules of college and high school students.

    Cons

The management tended to be disorganized. The direct supervisors were peers and there was a lack of clarity in the roles of the job.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest flexibility amongst the schedules of employees. I would also suggest more training of the expectations of the jobs. and staffing more employees for busy times

I have been working at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Definitely have the benefit of working with some great coworkers. The company has a great moto to live by, and I really enjoy being able to support the Milton Hershey School. My work environment is clean and management is decent as long as you're content with where you are in your position. I definitely feel as if I have grown with this company and I would recommend it to others.

    Cons

management is more consumed and concerned about the product than their workers. little room to advance from my current position.

    Advice to Management

Try to focus on how your employees feel. If you wouldn't want to be pushed passed your mental capability, why would they want to?
