    Pros

You can move up quickly in the company if you can learn quick and meet sales quotas

    Cons

Literally everything else! if you like having personal time, getting paid sufficiently for the amount of stress you have to deal with, and adhering to a normal work schedule that cant screw you over literally the day before you're supposed to be "off" then this company is not for you. All they care about is meeting sales goals by pushing insurance packages onto customers that don't want them and don't enjoy being solicited. Management could not care less about you and would easily cut one of your fingers off if it would add another $10 to their income statement.

    Advice to Management

For a company thats trying to only accept college graduates you better seriously re-evaluate how you treat your employees when you only start at $11.50/hr.
