    Daily challenge, never the same day twice. Good team depending on management

    Cons

    Sometimes the management team looses sight of the goal. Stagnant industry with UBER and LYFT.

    You have a great team beneath you. Lift them up, treat them as if they were your equal and they will do anything for you.

    Pros

    Overtime, job flexibility (due to being able to leave and run errands and pick up/deliver cars from locations). Paid vacation

    Cons

    Starting pay (11.50😕) having to wash all the cars outside in humid heat, rain, snow,sleet, in business clothes. Upper management is constantly pressuring you about job performance.

    Pros

    Freedom to run the branch my way. Good way to earn business experience. Resources are available for almost any issue.

    Cons

    Not many quality employees which can get frustration at times. Cleaning cars in pants and a tie also isnt the greatest thing to do. My tie gets sucked up the vacume on a daily basis.

    Advice to Management

    Higher up management should be more involved in employee management. Reward quality workers.

    Pros

    Great benefits including company car and company phone. I have great leaders who support me and my decisions. Praise is awarded appropriately and plenty of busy work.

    Cons

    As any company we are performance driven which means those who cannot perform are performance managed out ONLY after given every opportunity to succeed. Maximizing profits often results in minimum staffing and in smaller locations puts a greater work load on management.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing that has not been addressed. This company has went through 3 CEO's in the past 4 years but with each CEO this company seems to be getting better and better

    High turn around rate. Peak times can be extremely overwhelming.

    employees are lazy and don't want to work

    Advice to Management

    watch your employees close, because you have some who work whole heartily and some who doesn't. people will run off with the managers not around and this creates a issue with customer service. my main issue is the people I have to work with, and how they are lazy and don't truly care about the people, or the organization. I'm a work horse at my location because of it, and it's coming to a end. Also, the main issue is that you have to rely on others to do small things that they take hours to do. If I need to get a car brought to my location, the person who brings it will run off & come hours later, if I need a car clean, the take hours, if I need a oil change hold removed, they take hours. And you can ask the question, "why want you do it yourself" the issue is, If I'm with a customer, and the person who says there going to get the car while I'm setting up customer up to place them in the vehicle, runs off and does other things while the customer waits for a hour to do something that takes 5 mins, than it's out of my control. same thing with cleaning a car, everyone waits until the last minute to do it, and they wait for a customer to come into, just to do it when they should have had the vehicles clean before any customers arrived. the oil change issue, only branch managers can do it, any they take there sweet time doing that as well, while I have a customer waiting to get placed in the vehicle.

    Free Car, Free gas, good benefits, capability to gain lots of management skills

    overworked, underpaid, lack resources to be successful, dont support employees

    Remember that top performers wont stand for 70 hour weeks and failed expectations. Take care of your employees to take care of customers.
