    Pros

    Car, gas, and eventually get lots of vacation.

    Cons

    Hours, upper management. Business plan seems to change month to month. Goals are never consistent. Easily 12 hr plus day.

    Pros

    The company has a lot of potential to be a great place for work and build a career around for people without a degree. Offer good benefits and income potential.

    Cons

    Does not take employees complaint as serious issues. Uphold discrimination and lack of opportunity to minority employees. In my experience at my location this type of behavior is common and gets swapped under a rug.

    Advice to Management

    Get new management.

    Pros

    Growing rapidly, chance to move up quickly, pay and bonuses based on performance. If you have stong drive an desire, you will move up quickly and be rewarded financially for this. The company is growing, which is not easy to find in this economy.

    company doesn't get credit for positive environment.
