    Negative Outlook

I worked at Herzum Software full-time

    Pros

None. Only people living in city may have good commute.

    Cons

Hostile work environment. You may end up in hospital or see doctors that you never had in your life before.

Don't know what Agile means yet say they are Experts, the other person is so correct about it. Obviously, no real world experienced resources.

Too many unhappy customers and employees. Think twice before.

Think twice before signing anything, anywhere.

    Advice to Management

People deserve to be treated as human whether they are customers or employees.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Herzum Software full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None. Company screws employees and customers

    Cons

Do not harass people and customers. Customers sign to get best service and not getting fired from their company because they engaged you for incompetence and lack of experience.

They tend to eat up all money asap, producing wrong budget expense reports, charging for multiple people working on the same thing or inexperienced resource trying to learn how to do a task.

Better to look for other providers, to save money and get better service. You would be better off paying for a resource who has experience.

There are many reputed providers such as cPrime, Isos Technology, Go2Group, Column Technologies, Inc. (best in Chicago).

Almost every single person is with no real world experience. Owner forces employees to put wrong extra hours in their timesheet to bill as much as possible.

Prospective Employees - They hold one month salary, and if you leave or they discharge you for no-work, they don't pay your valid expenses. Racist and harassment culture.

No A/C in Summer or Heat in Winter. You are expected to be in the office and suffer. You will see signs as you walk in. Do not sign anything that you are not comfortable with, as they will try to trap you.

    Advice to Management

Do not harass people and customers. Customers sign to get best service and not getting fired from their company because they engaged you for incompetence and lack of experience.

I worked at Herzum Software full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - company stability

    - work-life balance almost normal

    Cons

    - no career path

    - you are treated like a number on paper, like 'something' moved between tasks

    - management never listens and doesn't even ask questions: they just dictate

    - management often doesn't take on responsibility

    - they say they are Agile, but I worked with them and they don't even know what Agile stands for.

    - They break every single point in Agile contract every single day! Pathetic

    Advice to Management

start listening to your employees because there is the hearth of your company, that is slowly dying day after day

    Pros

Great work environment and great collegues. Was a good please to work at that time. Sadly everything ended with the economic crisis of the one and only big customer in Europe.

    Cons

Poor work/life balance. Salary not related with performances.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Herzum Software full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

One of the best enterprise it approaches on the market. Exposure to big clients and to the it industry. Large and challenging projects of core importance for the customers.

    Cons

The company was not enough structured. Lack of internal and horizontal communication. Sales process was inadequate for the complexity of the services offered. Lack of long term investments.

    Advice to Management

    Hire a CEO

I worked at Herzum Software full-time

    Pros

Great place to all things Architecture (Solutioning, Enterprise Architecture, CBD). Opportunity to work on large scale projects, hands-on experience gained by applying architecture principles in real projects.

    Cons

No real leadership to drive the vision forward. Way too centralized at the top. Very quickly, employees tend to tire of constant ambiguity in overall direction of the company and quit. Therefore valuable experience gained in the company is carried elsewhere and the company as a result suffers.

    Advice to Management

Show some leadership and learn to trust your employees with their skills and judgement. Learn to delegate architecture R&D to your field consultants and listen to their inputs on a regular basis.
