    I worked at Hewlett-Packard full-time (Less than a year)

    Advice to Management

Stop it with the nepotism, already.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Good starting vacation hours and PTO.

    Cons

-Sales quotas are always set way out of reach
-Finance will continually adjust your quota if they think you are getting too close to 100%
-Even if you are owed commissions, Finance will argue with you on the legitimacy of your wins and you will have to present a case for why you should get paid on each and every deal--very time consuming.
-Management is definitely not the brightest even by McDonald's standards.
-My direct Manager never knows what's going on and is instead wrapped up in is WoW dungeon raids.
-My resume and experience well surpass my managers, however, upper management and other departments would not hire/promote me due to top down interference. (upper management denied my upward movement)
-You would be reading a book if I took the time to list everything that is wrong with this companies policies and global strategies.

    Advice to Management

Haha. Sorry, no advice will be able to help these people. It's a sinking ship.
