    personal flexibility when needing time off

    Long hours and overworked, people leave out no one is hired. The goes to someone who already has their portfolio.

    consider family time/less work and unnecessary pressure from Mgr's. is KEY

    The people you meet there are some of the best the world has to offer, Very Smart, Very personable, job is not difficult at all

    Cons

    Management is terrible, if you are in a specialty they will often have you working in completely different skill set, just to meet SLA which makes you sound un Knowing to the Customer.

    Wake up before you loose all your Quality people

    I worked at Hewlett-Packard as a contractor

    Pros

    Nice work environment. Smart people. Kind people. Management seems to listen and interact with you, due to guidelines. Strong work ethics. Backed up by employees whom are driven by ITIL, or taught to adopt it.

    Cons

    With all pros, there are still some oddities, that they get away with it. Favoritism, work hours, no development, hard to find a position for direct hire. Pay is lower than average, due to the fact it's an industry giant.

    Employees are your greatest assets. They provide the best ROI for your business
