I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Decent employee benefits, opportunities to learn and grow, and collaboration between team members.

    Cons

The company is being lead by individuals that don't understand the technology industry. HP will work you to death and not offer any over time. Management care only about themselves. HP is in a constant state of firing employees.

    Advice to Management

HP management needs to truly understand just how much talent they have at their finger tips. The greatest asset HP has is the employees but the talent pool is shrinking based on layoffs. HP needs to focus on the employee and not the bottom line for a change.
