    I worked at Hexaware Technologies (More than a year)

    Pros

    Culture and values are greatly followed at Hexaware, technical trainings and knowledge transfer sessions are a great help for the freshers, fun outings

    Cons

    Switching projects is a pain, no work-life balance, limited members in my project (TPF) which led to limited knowledge of the technology

    Advice to Management

    When one asks for a project change with valid reasons, please consider their request.

    Personal care if not professional care. Good insurance plan. Coworkers are nice.

    Cons

    Small consulting company, minimal clients compare to other big Indian consulting companies. so, opportunities are minimal. Not much scope for career advancement. Losing clients.

    Listen to your employees and create a plan for career advancement.

    Negotiated excellent salary
    Good Health ins.

    Cons

    Not a good fit for people who wish to have a career path beyond the job they are hired into.
    Supervisors may be in a different country and difficult to communicate with.

    Advice to Management

    Rather than just worrying about billing clients, give employees career tracks and training to become managers. Leadership training is absent.

    Good for Lazy People, Some people get lucky with their role and salary.

    False Promises to clients, Unrealistic deadlines, No work etiquette

    Pros

    If I was fresh out of college, I might work here for a year just to have something on my resume.

    Cons

    This company will nickel and dime you to death. They get upset if you cross an ocean on business for them and then take a 10 pound cab. Then they want you to work 60 hours and pay you for 40.

    Advice to Management

    Loosen up. Find a manager older than 25.

    poor management, no US based HR, only 1 project at a time no other client work outside of your assignment.
