    Pros

3point5 discounts. Store discount. I can't really think of anything else. Started out great but then turned into the worst place I've ever worked.

    Cons

Horrible place to work. Pretty much ruined my life by working here. Developed debilitating anxiety and depression.

    Advice to Management

"A bad manager can take a good staff and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation."

I worked at Hibbett Sports (More than a year)

    Pros

Employee discount, friendly coworkers and cool products

    Cons

Upper level management does not care about its employees in stores--treats everyone like they're replacable.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. If a store is struggling, look at management. Offer workable hours for new moms, sexist jerks.
