    Fun job talking and helping people. Great first sales job as the company does a good job developing sales techniques.

    Cons

    No commission but try to push sales hard

    Worked with my schedule. Simple work.

    Don't look to become a head manager. Minimum 48 hour work weeks for pay that isn't worth it.

    Great place to begin management career. If you are willing to move, you could move up very quickly. I found it to be a very positive environment.

    Cons

    Not a family friendly place, esp if you are growing a family.

    Advice to Management

    48 hours is pushing it every week....

    Great working environment. Team based atmosphere. Learned the basics of retail dealing through a franchise.

    Cons

    Low pay and sometimes you don't get as many hours as you would like. Short hours and no commission pay.

    Advice to Management

    Work on development sales associates into the management training programs to keep them as a career opportunity.
