I have been working at HighRadius full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

wonder how good people fall trap to this company.
however, none stay beyond six month period.
no good corporate practice is followed.
only technical teams knows how insecure customer data really is!

    Cons

quite unethical in practice. management is biased and works at will.
beware, as most either fall victim to mgmt's insane will or stick around saying yes to them.
there is no career path in here. u come, do mundane job for 15 hours and go.
don't be surprised if one is given multiple projects and deadlines to keep upto.
management's only mantra to succeed is to keep ppl working.
thy call thmselves product company, but follow a service oriented approach with people
clocking 13 hours a day roughly.
their product philosophy is bull-shit. if u r experienced one considering this company,
you will very well know what i mean. ask during interview itself and u will know about the weak understanding they have - including top mgmt.
if u r lead, don't fall to the role description that they give u. anyone is expected to do anything.

    Advice to Management

No use of any advice. hardly it matters to them. It is insane minds enjoying at the top to fill their pockets. The ceo is the single decision maker - rest of the mgmt are their only to nod their heads.

    I worked at HighRadius full-time

    Pros

Travel - Every 2-3 months, you'll get to travel to a new place.

    Cons

Working 14-15 hours a day is pretty much the norm.
Expect to work full-time on weekends.
Not worth working if you have a family,
Late night calls is a every day affair.
General work timings are 9 am to 7pm and 10pm to 2am. Expect to work 2 shifts every day.
Expect to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Increments/Salary/Bonuses are big joke. There are no proper salary revisions made or planned.
Management is not interested in employee welfare.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to improve the work culture BIG TIME.

    - No career path provided
    - Salary increments are all negotiation based. Not based on ratings of employee

    Pros

Exposure to corporate politics, and learning how not to conduct oneself in the future career.

    Cons

Too much favoritism in the company. Never seen such performance-independent evaluation and growth, what I witnessed here.

    Advice to Management

Please open your eyes, and identify your own blunders. Right at the CEO level, Shashi you need to start rethinking about the people you have and the people who left you. You can't just keep creating an illusion of inclusive growth by inventing dummy job titles, and giving them to dummies. How many people with titles of Associate Directors and above man?

I worked at HighRadius full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The Company is profitable with stable clientele. I can't think of any other Pros of Highradius as an organisation.

    Cons

It is a small start-up and privately owned by CEO.

Firstly, one of the worst culture I have seen in my corporate experience. It is best for people who can be the yes man to senior management. If you disagree with management/CEO, they will make sure to throw you out of the company. Another level of micromanagement by CEO especially at managerial level. Work policies change every second at will of CEO. Work Life Balance is horrible.

Secondly, in the name of Product Management, PM will end up doing 95% of time as program management. Company is totally focussed on Sales and there is no product/ portfolio expansion plan in near future.

So if you are looking for anything near to actual product management role, highradius is definitely not the place.

    Advice to Management

Please improve on work culture of the company. Strong HR department is needed to shield employees from the horrible work ethics of the company's management.

I worked at HighRadius full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you join here today, be ready that you may be fired tomorrow.

Bad company, no job security, lot of layoffs.
Do not spoil your career by joining here.

Do not fall prey to this company. It has very bad management. Though it is growing it has nothing to offer to employees. There is always danger to lose job as the management acts on its will. There are no good employee friendly policies. It is definitely a no for women employees.

All the good things written about it are false and written by HR itself to retain its falling image. Be careful when you read good about it. You are at your own risk.

    Cons

Bad company, no job security, lot of layoffs.
Do not spoil your career by joining here.
Lot of people are asked to leave in 6-month timeframe.
Hence, it is a big mistake to leave earlier job for this company.
Many people who joined from branded companies and from good colleges leave this company within 6 months time.
Those who stay are because of illegal bonds.

    Advice to Management

They do not listen. Very greedy people. They care only for money not about employees.

I have been working at HighRadius full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is a lot to learn in this place as a lot of emphasis is put on individual performance. The salary is also not bad. Management allows one to put their ideas into practice so there is flexibility this side.

    Cons

The expectations are too much. There is less time for personal life so work-life balance is missing. Also, there are no facilities like TT/magazines etc. for taking a break so its only work there.

    Advice to Management

More facilities required. Employees could do with less work pressure.
