    Outsourced to a different country, that is why looking for employment now.

    Great pay, you can set your shift when you are hired; good system for remote work, leads very helpful and friendly.

    Cons

    None at this time, other than wishing I could go permanent instead of contract.

    I have been working at Higher One part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Work from home....No Commute
    Pay is great
    I worked from 6pm- 11pm so it allowed me to use this job as just a supplement to my current income.
    The training hours and pay is the same as working hours and pay. You go through the training material at your own pace.
    The calls that you receive are not difficult at all you are basically just dealing with college students and occasionally their parents.

    Cons

    I have no cons I enjoyed this job.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work. When you need help or assistance very responsive. I love the way training is setup and the pay is great.

    Pros

    They offer the most extensive and ongoing training that I have ever received. They keep the employees abreast of all regulations, changes, and company information. The culture, benefits, and overall work environment are incredible.

    Cons

    It can be challenging when dealing with people who are upset about a situation. While you must hear the brunt of their anger, it is rewarding to find solutions for them. It took a long time to become a permanent employee and after two and a half years I am still only part time.

    Advice to Management

    Create a method to advance personnel quicker and offer more time to those who have remained loyal.
