    Pros

Great company to learn the life insurance business. internal support roles prepare you perfectly to accelerate you career into a sales role.

    Cons

Conversely, not much room for growth in other positions besides sales. Regional offices are disconnected from corporate headquarters.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The pay isn't bad and they don't micromanage but that's about it. Can't say much more. Get out as soon as you can.

    Cons

Unless you are part of the "in crowd" forget it!! You will never advance. The "in crowd" definitely gets preferential treatment. All it takes is for one person to have it in for you and you will be pushes out. HR and management will do nothing. They protect their "favorites"
