    Positive Outlook

    Pros

I have had the opportunity to meet many new people. Our resort was voted by Trip Advisor as one of the best resorts in Colorado while I was GM of the Durango Resort.

    Cons

The job has become fairly routine and I thrive on clallenges. We draw so many repeats and referrals that we need very little advertising.

    Advice to Management

    COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!!!!

I worked at Highland Springs Resort Center full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I liked the hours and also the fact that benefits were offered after 90 days of employment. I also liked the fact that it was close to home.

    Cons

The main problem with this facility was the fact that the other employees were not helpful or friendly. Also the management did not appreciate the work and time that I put in.

    Advice to Management

Show more gratitude to your employees. Also don't let the nurse aides act as charge nurses on the unit
